How do I get started?

First you must create an account. Please use your business email!

Where is the LIVE TRAINING COURSE schedule?

You can view all of the LIVE TRAINING COURSES and the schedule on the Calendar page. We suggest you add them to your personal calendar. You do not have to register.

Where do I find the Course Descriptions?

There are two places to find this. On the CALENDAR page, (just click the course title), OR on the ALL CERTIFICATIONS page (click more info).

How do I attend a LIVE TRAINING COURSE?

At the scheduled time, simply click the GO LIVE menu item.

How do I get credit for attending a LIVE TRAINING session?

After you attend each LIVE TRAINING Session, you must take the corresponding quiz to get credit for it. Best approach take it immediately when that session is over.

Where do I find/take the quizzes?

Quizzes are on the ALL QUIZZES page, or you can take them from the course description located on the CALENDAR page. You must click ENROLL first.

How do I get a Certification?

Plan ahead. There are a variety of Position Based Certifications offered on this site. You will see those on your DASHBOARD. To get any Certification you must attend ALL of the required LIVE TRAINING COURSES and pass the corresponding quizzes listed as requirements for that certification, as well as the FINAL EXAM! Best approach is to decide which Certification(s) you would like to go for and see when they are scheduled!

Do I get a Certificate?

After you attend all of the LIVE TRAINING COURSES and pass the corresponding quizzes and the final exam associated with that Certification, you can then download your Certificate on your Dashboard.

What if I miss a LIVE TRAINING COURSE, but it is a prerequisite for my Certification?

Under VIDEOS, you'll find REPLAYS. (These are not posted until the Tuesday after the week of training)

How do I track my progress?

Go to your DASHBOARD, you will see your history and what you have completed. Each time you enroll to take a quiz, it will show up there. Tip - use the arrows to expand for more info!

What is Fundamentals?

Fundamentals is an online only certification made up of 10 courses and a Final Exam. You can take this certification at your own pace anytime.

What do I do if I lost my password or I am locked out?

Please do not make more than 3 attempts to login your you will get locked out. If you are not receiving a password reset email, (check spam first), then fill out a support form and we will reset it for you!

What do I do if I have a course/quiz technical difficulty?

If a quiz is missing, or you can't move forward with Fundamental progress, please fill out a support form!

How do I make sure that I get an email reminder for upcoming training?

If you are not getting email reminders, please fill out the support form on this website.

Is my manager keeping track of my progress?

Yes, your manager can view DETAILED reports anytime.
